About the Role We re not hiring a traditional HR we re hiring someone to build our HR from scratch and lead it like a founder We re a fast-growing social media agency with 50 team members spread across editing design strategy CS account management and more The team is young rapid and creative which means we need someone sharp structured and present If you re someone who thrives in chaos but brings structure who gets the creative mindset but keeps people accountable this is for you Your Core Responsibilities Set the HR Foundation Establish solid HR systems policies SOPs OKRs and structured documentation Manage and optimize SumHR for attendance leaves reimbursements etc Design and run robust onboarding and exit interview processes Draft and implement clear internal guidelines for communication conduct and escalation Daily Ops Team Tracking Conduct daily weekly check-ins with Team Leads TLs and Group Leads GLs Track individual accountability and ensure no one slips through the cracks Stay active on Slack WhatsApp internal groups checking for misconduct or disengagement Be the go-to person for red flag behavior absenteeism or team friction remote or on-ground Team Management Remote Onsite Keep remote and in-office teams equally involved in culture and tracking Be present and visible to both actively follow up nudge and motivate across channels Coordinate meetings standups reviews and escalation loops efficiently SpeedTrack Hiring Role Clarity Understand core roles video editing graphic design customer service content writing account management creative strategy TLs GLs Review and filter profiles quickly manage hiring pipelines and follow-ups Own a SpeedTrack hiring process for urgent scaling without compromising on quality Culture Grievance and Bonding Plan and execute weekly team bonding events fun activities and offsites Handle grievances and disputes professionally confidentially and fairly Be a mix of people person performance enabler Must-Haves 2-3 years of experience in HR preferably in agency startup media space Proven experience building HR from the ground up Strong with HRMIS systems like SumHR Confident in handling grievances exits misconduct and team discipline Can balance fun with accountability You re a Fit If You Are highly proactive and like being in control of things Are naturally present in teams day-to-day not just behind policies Can lead both remote and on-ground teams Understand creative people but don t let them slack Bonus Points If You Have hired creative and digital roles before Are comfortable running internal surveys feedback loops and engagement initiatives Can keep track of 50 people without a spreadsheet blowing up Love memes and content This is your chance to not just run HR but build the system the vibe and the engine behind one of the fastest-growing creative teams Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Schedule Day shift Work Location Remote
