Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Device Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The role involves selling medical devices within the orthodontics field, building strong relationships with orthodontists, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless sales operations. The Medical Device Sales Specialist will also maintain a thorough understanding of the products to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Medical Sales and knowledge of Medical Devices
• 0-3 Experience in Sales and Sales Operations within the healthcare or orthodontic industry
• Familiarity with Orthopedics or other related specialties is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle a fast-paced work environment
• Master/Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field

Compensation

• Salary : 4-6 LPA + Allowances +Incentives, Based on Interview Performance
