Hospital Administrator / HR Manager

Thakral Hospital and Fertility Centre is looking for a responsible and organized Hospital Administrator / HR Manager to oversee staff management and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hospital. The role involves handling staff coordination, attendance, rosters, operational issues, inventory coordination, discipline, and overall hospital administration to ensure efficient operations and a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hospital and coordinate with all departments.
• Manage staff attendance, leave records, duty rosters, shift scheduling, and salary attendance verification.
• Handle staff-related issues, maintain discipline, and ensure proper staffing in all shifts.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Monitor hospital administration including housekeeping, maintenance, inventory coordination, and timely ordering of supplies.
• Maintain employee records, support recruitment and onboarding, and ensure staff follow hospital policies and SOPs.
• Escalate critical issues to management and support implementation of operational improvements and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospital Administration, HR, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in hospital administration, HR, or operations preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of attendance management, payroll coordination, and administrative processes.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer systems.
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented.
