Role Description

As a Reality Capture Specialist, you will be responsible for performing on-site data capture, mapping, 3D modeling, and inspections to meet client needs with precision and quality. You will operate drone platforms and other advanced tools to perform surveying and manage data collection projects. This is a contract position located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, requiring in-person presence at various sites.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating drone platforms and familiarity with data collection technologies
• Experience in mapping, surveying, and creating precision 3D models
• Skills in data analysis, data management, and post-processing techniques
• Basic knowledge of video production and visual content creation
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work on-site across the Greater Toronto Area
• Piloting certification or experience, as well as familiarity with provincial and federal aviation regulations, is a plus
