Job Summary

An Event Coordinator Cum Business Development Executive is responsible for planning and managing events while also generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and increasing company revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, weddings, and promotional activities.
• Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and deliver quality service.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Meet potential clients and present event management services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and close business deals.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for successful event execution.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales and event targets.
• Prepare daily activity reports and client follow-up reports.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
