About The Role

Our engineering leads are accountable for the technical success of a project from kickoff to final delivery. To thrive in this role, you must be capable of owning the entire system architecture, ensuring the backend, database, and frontend work in harmony. You will manage the engineering efforts of your team, breaking down complex requirements into actionable tasks and ensuring the project crosses the finish line on time and at high quality. You will lead the full stack architecture, and your hands on expertise with modern frontend technologies will be critical. You will work directly with design teams to ensure our web applications are pixel perfect and set a high standard for user interface quality within the agency.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end to end technical delivery of projects, taking full ownership of the timeline, scope, and final release.
• Architect the complete software solution, making high level decisions regarding database design, API strategy, and frontend structure.
• Manage and delegate work to other engineers on the project, conducting code reviews and ensuring the team maintains high velocity and quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate visual concepts into technical reality, ensuring the final output matches the design vision with precision.
• Integrate complex third party systems, including multiple payment gateways, authentication providers, and headless CMS platforms.
• Identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle and communicate trade offs to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Coach and mentor your team members, helping them upskill in both architectural thinking and frontend execution.
