;- Plan and execute field experiments, demonstrations and agronomic trials.
- Monitor and record crop growth, soil conditions, irrigation, nutrient management, and pest incidence.
- Evaluate and compare the performance of fertilizers including conventional fertilizer, nanofertilizer, biofertilizers, biopesticides, biostimulants and other agricultural inputs under field conditions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret agronomic, yield and environmental data.
- Develop crop management protocols and recommend best agronomic practices.
- Measure and monitor greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from agricultural fields using standard protocols and instruments.
- Coordinate with research scientists, technical staff, farmers and external stakeholders.
- Prepare technical reports, field observations and project documentation.
- Conduct training programs and field demonstrations when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory guidelines during field operations.
- Support product development, validation and commercialization activities.
- Open to travel for field visits and trial monitoring.
- Highly motivated, solution-oriented and should be able to work in a multidisciplinary team

- Ph.D. in Agronomy or related discipline will be preferred for senior positions.
