Plateforme Térana Inc. is a Quebec-based sports facility booking marketplace connecting players with venue managers across the province. Our bilingual (French/English) platform streamlines the reservation of sports courts and fields through three interfaces: a public booking site, a manager portal, and an admin dashboard. We are a small, fast-moving startup preparing for commercial growth in 2026 — you won't be maintaining legacy code, you'll be building something real from the ground up.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Full-Stack Web Developer specializing in React and Supabase. The position is open to candidates based in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The developer will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and evolving the Terana web platform across both front-end and back-end components. Key responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, managing and optimizing Supabase databases, integrating Stripe payment flows, deploying updates via GitHub, debugging issues, and ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of our web applications. The developer will work closely with the co-founder and will be directly mentored throughout onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including strong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript
• Solid experience with Supabase or similar Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions, including PostgreSQL database management
• Familiarity with Stripe or other payment integration APIs is an asset
• Experience deploying and managing projects via GitHub and Netlify
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Intermediate level written and verbal communication skills in French and functional English for technical documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• DEC in computer science, a programming bootcamp certificate, or equivalent hands-on web development experience — a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is a strong asset but not required
