Objective of the Role We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs professional to manage all regulatory documentation, compliance processes, and approvals.

The role involves ensuring that all company products and operations comply with applicable regulatory standards and guidelines Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and maintain all regulatory documentation and filings. Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit dossiers, applications, and reports to regulatory authorities.

Track and manage approvals, renewals, and licenses. Liaise with regulatory bodies and external consultants. Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure timely implementation. Support product development teams with regulatory guidance.

Maintain proper records for audits and inspections.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs / Compliance which includes regulatory for animal products too. Excellent documentation and attention to detail. Ability to manage timelines and multiple submissions.

Relevant certifications in regulatory affairs (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment Experience with regulatory bodies (e.g., FSSAI, CDSCO, RCGM, PCB or equivalent depending on domain) Benefits: Teora offers a comprehensive benefits package including a competitive salary, and a unique growth opportunity.
