Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and confident Retail Sales Executive to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for customer interaction, and a love for jewellery and fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the boutique.
- Present and explain jewellery collections with product knowledge and confidence.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and offer personalized service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.
- Maintain store displays and inventory presentation standards.
- Support social media or event activities when required.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery, fashion, or luxury preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and customer-first approach.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery and closing sales
- Experience in jewellery sales or retail sales preferred
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Manage showroom walk-in clients and WhatsApp enquiries
- Handle Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business updates
- Create basic promotional posts, reels, and offers
- Run and monitor online ads and campaigns
- Generate leads through digital platforms
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
