Job Description
TENAX has openings for Information Technology support services for the Office of Naval Intelligence. These are on‑site, full‑time positions requiring Top Secret / SCI clearances, and IT certifications. The Business Intelligence Analyst plans and coordinates requirement gathering IAW established processes to document and decompose system requirements for development and implementation by the engineering team. Also functions as a SCRUM session coordinator and project scheduler, providing customer liaison services to the government project manager.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS Clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in software engineering, computer science, information technology/systems, or a related field.
- Experience documenting user workflows and writing user stories.
- Operational knowledge of requirements processing, traceability and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of documentation retention processes.
- Familiarity with at least one industry‑standard tool (e.g., SharePoint, MS 365 and advanced applications).
