Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Beauty Brand Manager to lead the development, promotion, and growth of Alfred Sung. In this role, you will be the driving force behind brand strategy, product presentation, and customer engagement within our retail environment. Your passion for beauty, combined with your organizational skills and sales expertise, will inspire our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Manage and participate in tremendous 3-Year innovation calendar
- Currently fragrance oriented but will expand into other categories directly or via appointing licensee
- Manage fragrance development, creation and ideation
- Work directly with fragrance house to stay on top of trends while maintaining brand integrity
- Create, maintain and distribute brand presentation
- Liase with outside agencies for Website Support, Meta Advertising, and Email Marketing Execution
- Creation of monthly report including but not limited To:
- Conduct monthly sales analysis by sku and by channel then put forth observations/ findings
- Protect brand from unauthorized use and improper brand utilization/ unapproved visuals/ graphics
- Outreach for international sales to distributors/ wholesalers and retailers
- Potential attending of trade shows
- Provide content and support postings for social media channels
- Work with ecommerce support to optimize Amazon UK/EU channels
- Conduct operational tracking of manufacturing and compare with demand and timing
- May also participate in other parts of Alfred Sung Brand Management on a limited basis including but not limited to managing (Watch Licensee, Dress Licensee, Glasses Licensee, etc.)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years beauty experience (salary commensurate with capabilities and experience)
- Strong knowledge of fragrance principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and customer service excellence
- Experience managing social media platforms for promotional purposes is preferred
- Organizational skills for stock management.
