Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Communications Manager at our Waterdown, ON location.

The Corporate Communications

Manager will develop and implement corporate communication strategies, manage media relations, draft press releases, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The role includes crafting strategic communications to enhance the company’s brand, managing external and internal communications, and fostering strong relationships with media organizations and other stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation and public presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Press Releases and Media Relations to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information
• Expertise in Corporate Communications and Strategic Communications to manage cohesive messaging across channels
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
• Proven experience managing public relations strategies and impactful storytelling
• Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments and meet deadlines
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms is an asset
