About the Job:

Overview

We are looking for an AWS Connect Developer with hands‑on experience building and integrating cloud-based contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR/IVA logic, queues, and routing.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lex, and external applications.
  • Build serverless components (Node.js/Python) to support contact center workflows.
  • Implement CRM/CTI integrations and event-driven workflows.
  • Monitor and optimize Connect performance, reporting, and analytics.
  • Support deployments using CloudFormation/Terraform and CI/CD.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on Amazon Connect development.
  • Strong knowledge of contact center operations and IVR design.
  • Experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch.
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and serverless development.
  • Experience integrating Connect with CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).

Nice to Have

  • AWS certification (Developer or Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with Lex bots and AI-driven IVR.
  • Exposure to analytics and workforce optimization tools.
