Catering Manager
- Managed end-to-end catering operations for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and large-scale social functions.
- Planned menus in coordination with chefs, clients, and event teams based on event theme, guest profile, and budget.
- Coordinated food production, service timelines, staffing, transportation, and on-site execution for events.
- Supervised banquet staff, service teams, kitchen teams, and temporary event manpower.
- Handled client meetings, menu presentations, tastings, quotations, and contract finalization.
- Managed procurement of raw materials, vendor coordination, and inventory control for catering operations.
- Ensured food quality, hygiene standards, presentation, and guest satisfaction at all events.
- Oversaw live counters, buffet layouts, premium dining setups, and luxury event presentation standards.
- Prepared event budgets, controlled food costs, and monitored profitability for each function.
- Coordinated with decorators, wedding planners, venue teams, and external vendors for smooth event execution.
- Managed logistics including transportation of food, equipment, crockery, furniture, and manpower.
- Resolved guest concerns, last-minute changes, and operational issues during live events.
