Job Description
Telecom Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated Outbound Call Center Agents to join our growing sales team. In this role, agents will make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell fiber internet services in designated service areas.
We are looking for agents who are confident on the phone, results-driven, dependable, and experienced in handling high-volume outbound calling environments. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping customers while driving sales, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads
- Educate customers on fiber internet availability, pricing, and benefits
- Verify customer eligibility and serviceability
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer information
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales and productivity goals
- Maintain professionalism and compliance during all customer interactions
- Attend virtual coaching, training, and team meetings as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of outbound call center or inside sales experience required
- Previous telecom, internet, cable, or fiber sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong objection handling and closing skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Ability to multitask between systems while speaking with customers
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High-speed internet and quiet work environment required
- Experience using CRMs or dialer systems is a plus
