You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the global network infrastructure, including monitoring, alert management, and maintenance activities such as patching, upgrades, and performance optimization. Additionally, you will manage and support core network technologies and play a key role in setting up and configuring network infrastructure for new office sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for global network infrastructure, including monitoring, alert management, and maintenance
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network maintenance activities such as patching, upgrades, and performance optimization
- Manage and support core network technologies including Cisco Meraki Switches, Wireless Access Points, Meraki and Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco routers, Global Protect VPN, and Portnox
- Monitor services and alerts for network gear and SaaS services, and perform initial triage for network/SaaS platform issues
- Lead the setup and configuration of network infrastructure for new office sites
- Act as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting and collaborate with the team and office stakeholders
- Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and support templates
- Ensure the stability and reliability of the network by working with a drive for success
- Have the flexibility to work rotating shifts and respond to escalations outside of scheduled shifts
Qualifications Required:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting network infrastructure in a global enterprise environment
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and monitoring principles
- Proven experience with the setup and configuration of new office sites
- Working experience with IT operations management software and network technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Global Protect VPN, and Portnox
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a globally dispersed team and stakeholders
- BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
