• Accurate preparation and posting of monthly journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.
• Leading the month-end and year-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Performing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and detailed General Ledger (GL) reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Preparing comprehensive support schedules for the General Ledger, focusing on Advance and Prepaid ledgers with full supporting documentation.
• **Fixed Assets & AP Management**
• Overseeing the fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization of recent assets and accurate calculation of monthly depreciation.
• End-to-end processing of vendor invoices, ensuring proper approvals, coding, and timely payments.

• Acting as a key point of contact for auditors; preparing audit schedules, pulling samples, and providing necessary justifications for financial data.
