About This Role
Our paid media team manages significant ad budgets for clients across e-commerce, B2B SaaS, and professional services. You will own campaign builds, bidding strategies, creative testing, and ROI reporting — with a focus on efficiency and measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop audience targeting strategies and custom segments
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Write and test ad copy and creative briefs
- Monitor daily spend, ROAS, and CPA — optimise proactively
- Implement and audit conversion tracking (GA4, Pixel, GTM)
- Produce detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Manage client budgets ranging from $10k to $200k per month
Requirements
- 3+ years paid media management experience
- Google Ads certified (Search, Shopping, Display, Video)
- Meta Ads Manager proficiency
- Experience managing $50k+ monthly ad budgets
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data deep-dives
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Bonus: programmatic, LinkedIn Ads, or Amazon Ads experience
