Job Description
IT Support Technician
Our client is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide phone and onsite support for roughly 175 clients. You’ll handle tickets through ConnectWise, troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10, printers, networking, VPN, and Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks).
After training, you’ll also visit client sites for hands‑on support, network troubleshooting, and follow‑ups. The role includes remote/server troubleshooting, documentation, DHCP/DNS support, light SQL work, and coordination with third‑party vendors.
Qualifications
- A+ and Network+ preferred
- IT support experience helpful but not required
- Strong understanding of operating systems, business apps, printing systems, and networks
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
