Job Description
Desktop Support Technician – Onsite (Baltimore, MD)
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join a team of seven providing Tier 1–3 support for users nationwide. This role supports escalations from the Service Desk, delivers remote troubleshooting for caregivers, patients, and employees across the U.S., and provides hands‑on support at our corporate campus. This position is 100% onsite.
- Handle escalated tickets and provide remote support for users across the U.S.
- Deliver onsite, white‑glove support at the corporate campus.
- Rotate through key functions: imaging/build room, hands‑on device work, deployments, and roaming campus support.
- Support large Chromebook environment (8–9k devices), including SIM/eSIM connectivity issues and Skilled Notes app troubleshooting.
- Assist with device deployments (30–40 laptops weekly; 100 Chromebooks weekly).
- Work with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Group Policy, PowerShell, and imaging/deployment tools.
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, Office 365, hardware issues, network connectivity, and software configuration.
- Use ServiceNow and knowledge base articles to resolve issues efficiently.

- Microsoft‑focused: Lenovo laptops, Windows 11, Intune, AD/Entra ID.
- Limited Mac footprint; heavy Chromebook usage in patient homes.
- Mix of remote and onsite support with strong emphasis on customer service.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
