Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in data centers or similar technical environments. This role involves hands-on installation work inside a data center where technicians will be building out pathways, installing racks, and supporting structured cabling activities as the site prepares for new equipment deployment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Install cable trays, ladder racks, conduits, and other overhead and underfloor conveyance systems throughout the data hall.
- Build, install, and level server racks and cabinets, including seismic anchoring, grounding, and hardware mounting.

- Complete all required paperwork: timesheets, material tracking, work orders, and documentation updates.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and data center protocol standards.
- Support project leads with additional duties as needed to keep the build-out on schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of rack installation, cable routing, and data center infrastructure practices.
- Ability to work confidently with hand tools, power tools, and installation hardware.

- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
- Must be comfortable wearing full PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hat, vest, safety glasses, gloves).
