Junior UX Designer 💰 Salary: $62,400 - 72,800 per year

📝 Rquirements:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Zeroheight
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite and UX design principles
• Experience in human-centered and systems design methodologies
• Ability to conduct research and synthesize findings
• Team collaboration skills for cross-functional projects
• Strong problem identification and documentation capabilities
• Basic understanding of interaction design, visual design, and content design

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Participate in the entire design process from discovery to implementation
• Assist in identifying and documenting business challenges to influence solutions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet business needs
• Contribute to the development of design artifacts and prototypes with supervision
• Support research initiatives that focus on member and employee needs
• Attend design critiques to provide and receive constructive feedback
• Help manage risks associated with design activities according to compliance policies
