The successful candidate will support an enterprise hybrid environment of Microsoft (MS) Exchange 2016/2019 and O365 environments on both unclassified and classified networks, supporting over 260,000 users across multiple AD domains. The messaging environment consists of MS Exchange mail services (Client Access, Hub Transport, and Mailbox server roles), Intune Mobility Services, NetApp backup and restore solutions, along with UnitySync directory synchronization services. The underlying infrastructure consists of physical servers, VMware Virtualization, and NetApp storage solutions. The team member will use their expertise and knowledge in messaging and directory services to configure aspects of and provide messaging support to the MS Enterprise Exchange environment. They will assist with all phases of planning, documenting, installing, managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain a high-availability Exchange environment.
