MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) 10+ years of Full stack development experience

2.) 10+ years of Java experience

3.) Strong Spring/Spring boot and React experience

4.) 8-10 years of experience with REST API

SOFT SKILLS:

1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

2.) Ability to speak technical to the business so they understand

3.) Strong collaboration skills

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Experience with Typescript

2.) Experience with Maven (build tool)

3.) Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
