Technical Writer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to produce high-quality, clear, and well-structured documentation. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to transform complex technical concepts into accessible and user-friendly content for developers, internal stakeholders, and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and developer resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand technical requirements
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to documentation standards and best practices
• Manage documentation using Markdown and version control systems such as Git
• Continuously improve documentation processes and content quality

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of documentation standards, style guides, and best practices
• Proficiency in Markdown
• Proven experience documenting APIs and developer platforms
• Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
