Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to produce high-quality, clear, and well-structured documentation. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to transform complex technical concepts into accessible and user-friendly content for developers, internal stakeholders, and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and developer resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand technical requirements
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to documentation standards and best practices
- Manage documentation using Markdown and version control systems such as Git
- Continuously improve documentation processes and content quality
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of documentation standards, style guides, and best practices
- Proficiency in Markdown
- Proven experience documenting APIs and developer platforms
- Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
