Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and execution-driven Mobile App Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise and team leadership, with the ability to drive end-to-end mobile development while ensuring code quality, performance, and alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams, acting as the technical anchor for mobile initiatives and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.

What we expect you to do:

• Lead end-to-end development of cross-platform mobile applications using modern frameworks
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, production-ready mobile solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Manage and oversee app releases on the App Store and Google Play
• Define and implement mobile architecture standards, design patterns, and development frameworks
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of applications
• Drive code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering best practices
• Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to developers
• Drive accountability, ownership, and a high-performance engineering culture
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and skill development of team members
• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines for seamless build, test, and deployment processes
• Monitor app performance, crashes, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with at least one:
• .NET MAUI, Flutter, or React Native
• Proficiency in:
• C#, Dart, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid experience in:
• Consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party SDKs
• Mobile app architecture, state management, and asynchronous programming
• Strong understanding of:
• iOS and Android platform guidelines and best practices
• Hands-on experience with:
• Git, version control workflows
• CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines
• Debugging, performance tuning, and monitoring tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role
• Proven experience in delivering scalable mobile applications in production environments
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
