Role : IT & System AdministratorJob description :- Managed and maintained the schools IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, CCTTs, and user devices.- Handling of Hardware & Software of sytems.- Provided technical support to staff, students, and faculty, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.- Implemented and managed a secure network environment, ensuring data integrity and protection against cyber threats.- Conducted regular system updates, patches, and backups to prevent data loss and ensure optimal performance.- Collaborated with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that enhanced administrative processes, resulting in increased efficiency.- Administered user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain data confidentiality and compliance.- Assisted in the selection and procurement of IT equipment and software, optimizing budget utilization while meeting the schools needs.- Commendable experience in automating Windows desktop/laptop builds, network, server and troubleshooting and in Windows XP/7 and Window Server.- Proficiency in troubleshooting PC, peripherals and software upgrades and IT Administration.- Hardware troubleshooting and replacement.- Maintain and update knowledge on all LAN and WAN operating systems- Perform troubleshoot and resolve complicated problems in relation to LAN and WAN systems- Coordinate with departments and implement all network and system hardware and software and administer all operations- Coordinate with various departments and establish effective communication with service providers to provide quality service- Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory/Windows server 2012/16- Troubleshoot various kinds of hardware calls.
