Job Description
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software
- Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices
- Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
- Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.
- Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management.
- Ability to work independently and in a large group setting
- Effective organizational, planning, and time management
