Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic Customer Success Executive who can understand client concerns, communicate effectively, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who can think from the customer’s perspective, solve problems proactively, and work closely with the support team to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact with customers, assisting them with queries and concerns
- Provide support to international (US) clients, ensuring effective communication across time zones.
- Understand customer issues and coordinate with the support team for resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
- Communicate clearly with clients via calls, emails, or chat
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues
- Identify common customer problems and suggest improvements
- Ensure a positive and smooth customer experience at all touchpoints
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
- Ability to understand customer problems and empathize
- Good problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of technology is a plus (not mandatory)
- Comfortable working with support and technical teams
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Internship/experience in customer support / customer handling.
- Exposure to SaaS or tech products
- Good listening skills and patience
