Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics, and Dispatch) to ensure seamless order processing
- Track orders across departments and monitor progress at each stage
- Ensure timely delivery of orders as per committed timelines
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status and updates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Identify potential delays and proactively coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues
- Provide accurate and timely order status reports to customers and management
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations related to orders
- Maintain proper documentation and records of orders and communications
Experience & Education
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Education: BE in Mechanical Role & responsibilities
