Junior SailPoint Support Analyst

This role will support IAG L1 operations work:

• Assist internal customers in resolving access issues, run L1 processes, access bulk loads.
• Ensure that L1 processes are in compliance with audit with a required skill set of Responsibility

• Technical and Business Experience in IAM world - Specifically with SailPoint IIQ
• Implementing and Managing IAM Governance Solutions
• Experience in IAM Operations - Issues Triaging, User Communication, Solution Implementation
• Analytical Background
• Operational background
• Microsoft Suite Applications
• SharePoint
