Job Description
This role will support IAG L1 operations work:
- Assist internal customers in resolving access issues, run L1 processes, access bulk loads.
- Ensure that L1 processes are in compliance with audit with a required skill set of Responsibility

- Ensure that L1 processes are in compliance with audit.
- 0-3 years of related experience
- Technical and Business Experience in IAM world - Specifically with SailPoint IIQ
- Implementing and Managing IAM Governance Solutions
- Experience in IAM Operations - Issues Triaging, User Communication, Solution Implementation
- Analytical Background
- Operational background
- Microsoft Suite Applications
- SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in customer service
- Attention to detail
- Problem Solving and Process Improvement knowledge Two Questions
- Experience with SailPoint administration
- Experience with Data Analysis.
