About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Cinematographer & Videographer to work closely with a tech content creator who regularly reviews smartphones and other tech gadgets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of camera work, lighting, and cinematic storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality videos for tech content including smartphones, gadgets, and accessories
- Work closely with the content creator during shoots and assist in on-camera (face) videos
- Capture cinematic B-rolls that enhance product storytelling
- Handle and operate camera, gimbal, and other shooting equipment
- Set up and adjust lighting based on different environments (indoor/outdoor)
- Understand and apply camera settings (ISO, shutter, aperture, white balance) based on lighting conditions
- Assist in executing creative ideas and bring new suggestions to improve video quality
- Ensure smooth shooting workflow and maintain equipment properly
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 months of hands-on experience in videography/cinematography
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of camera settings and lighting setups
- Experience in using gimbal stabilizers
- Ability to shoot clean, professional, and cinematic shots
- Interest in tech content (smartphones, gadgets, reviews)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience in shooting for YouTube / Instagram Reels
- Understanding of trending content styles in the tech niche
