You will be responsible for the following key roles and responsibilities:

Build pixel-perfect, smooth, and performant UIs across both iOS and Android platforms using React Native

Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to deliver a native-like experience

Maintain codebase and write automated tests to ensure high-quality software

Transition existing React web and native apps to React Native framework

Leverage native APIs for deep platform integrations

Participate actively in solution design, architecture discussions, and contribute to the Mobility Center of Excellence (CoE) team

Develop reusable UI components following React.js best practices and workflows (Flux, Redux)

Ensure robustness, maintainability, and high code quality of components and applications

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams working on different infrastructure layers

Exhibit strong commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality

Maintain deep understanding of ReactJS internals and prioritize code quality

Qualifications required:

3+ years of professional experience with React Native, ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript

Thorough understanding of React core principles, hooks, navigation, and AsyncStorage

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX

Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6+ syntax and nuances

Solid knowledge of REST APIs and integration with backend services

Experience with databases such as Firebase, SQLite, or offline storage mechanisms

Expertise in handling third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts

Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle

Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Cucumber, or Detox

Proficient with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial

Experience deploying native mobile apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Strong understanding and practice of unit testing and automation

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

Team management experience, including mentoring and leadership

Skilled in mobile solution architecture and designing scalable apps
