Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- IT help desk services for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, Remote support for software-related issues & On-site technical support for hardware failures or complex issues.
- Understanding of Office 365, Intune and Azure AD support, Antivirus
- IT Asset Management – Maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers, Miscellaneous support.
- Knowledge of End Point security.
- Troubleshooting of Audio & Video Conferencing support
- Camera & Biometrics Support
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding support
- Non-Compliance Monitoring & remediation
- Software & Hardware knowledge & support
- Monitor, Investigate & Escalate IT issues in a timely manner as per SLA & escalation matrix
- Basic Understanding of SQL
- RDP Tool & Support
- Basic Networking understanding and TCP/IP knowledge, monitoring, and maintenance of network infrastructure, switches, and Wi-Fi systems, LAN, WAN, Internet Leased Line support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
