Job brief We are looking for a passionate programmer to develop software-based solutions The ideal candidate should have high analytical logical and communicational skills be inquisitive possess a knack for understanding new concepts quickly and an interest in the latest technological developments Also can understand client requirements do the research conceptualize the idea and implement the solution Responsibilities Develop and implement software systems and applications to achieve corporate objectives Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis problem definition requirements solution development and proposed solutions Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation flowcharts layouts diagrams charts code comments and clear code Develops software solutions by studying information needs conferring with users studying systems flow data usage and work processes investigating problem areas following the software development lifecycle Provides information by collecting analyzing and summarizing development and service issues Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote programming guidelines best practices and standards Manage delivery projects efficiently keeping in mind the KPIs- time cost quality and scope and ensure high level of customer satisfaction Handhold and train recent joinees on delivery of development projects Requirements B Tech MCA Fresher Proficiency in Object Orient Programming with any standard programming language preferred PHP Java Proficiency in JavaScript for rapid prototyping Good knowledge of database React Angular experience will be a plus Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Up to date with the latest programming trends techniques and technologies Ability to meet deadlines multi-task and work under pressure Job Type Permanent Pay 224 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
