Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 level support for end-user issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage and support Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for device enrollment and configuration
- Handle device compliance policies, security policies, and application deployments via Intune
- Troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, MDM/MAM policies, and access control
- Support Azure AD integration and user/device management
- Manage patch updates and software deployments
- Provide support for Office 365 / Microsoft 365 applications
- Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
- Work on incident, service requests, and escalations as per SLA
- Coordinate with L1 team and provide guidance when required
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
- Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Understanding of MDM/MAM concepts
- Familiarity with Office 365 / Microsoft 365
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Autopilot deployment
- Knowledge of BitLocker and endpoint security
- Basic PowerShell scripting
- Required Immediate Joiner
