Job Title: Senior Program Manager - GTM Strategy & Operations
Job Location: Hybrid (1–2 days onsite), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Pay Rate: 65 to 75 CAD per hour
Role Summary
We are hiring for a role in which the selected candidate will lead business transformation and go-to-market programs for a leading enterprise in the design software space. You will translate strategic priorities into executable programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and improved organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact business transformation and go-to-market programs from strategy through execution while ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Design and maintain program governance structures, delivery frameworks, and operating cadence to keep initiatives aligned and progressing.
- Work closely with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, and Technology, to deliver program goals.
- Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and blockers while ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
- Provide clear program reporting and executive-ready summaries that communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Frame key decisions needed to move initiatives forward by outlining options, impacts, and recommended approaches.
- Maintain alignment across teams and stakeholders while navigating competing priorities and complex program environments.
- Mentor and guide junior program managers to support program execution and promote consistent program management practices.
- Apply and adapt PMO standards, tools, and reporting practices to support effective program delivery.
- Work with enablement and change management teams to support communication, training, and adoption of transformation initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional business transformation or go-to-market programs.
- Strong ability to manage large programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and executives to support program planning and decision-making.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in complex environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present program insights clearly.
- Experience working within PMO frameworks using standard program management tools and reporting methods.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives impacting sales or go-to-market organizations.
- Familiarity with working with global cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
- Exposure to enterprise program governance models and structured delivery frameworks.
- Experience supporting organizational change or adoption programs alongside transformation initiatives.
Certifications
- PMP or Program Management-related certification.
- Change Management certification or similar program leadership credentials.
