Summary

The Windows 365 Cloud PC Engineer is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and optimized delivery of Cloud PCs across the enterprise. The engineer provides advanced technical leadership in engineering patterns, automation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient Windows 365 Cloud PC engineering solutions in collaboration with the Cloud PC Architect and related teams.
• Define and implement standard engineering patterns, automation frameworks, and operational models for Cloud PC provisioning, configuration, performance tuning, and compliance enforcement.
• Drive adoption of best practices by developing clear engineering documentation, architecture-aligned guidance, and reusable technical materials.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex Cloud PC issues, performing in-depth root-cause analysis and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Provide structured mentoring, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer to engineering and operational teams to uplift enterprise-wide Cloud PC capabilities.
• Develop and deliver formal training, hands-on sessions, and pair-engineering activities focused on Cloud PC engineering, automation, troubleshooting, and operational excellence.
• Contribute expert recommendations and thought leadership to shape future-state Cloud PC and Virtual Workspace standards.

Certifications:

Required:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
• MD-102: Endpoint Administrator (Intune & Windows Management)

Preferred / Value-Added:

• SC-900: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate
• AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• SC-300: Identity & Access Administrator (Entra ID)

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated experience delivering Windows 365 Cloud PC solutions in large enterprise environments with responsibility for hands-on engineering, automation, configuration, and optimization.
• Expertise in large-scale provisioning design, advanced Intune and Entra ID policy implementation, performance tuning, diagnostics, and automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams through knowledge transfer, troubleshooting engagements, and collaborative solution-building.
• Strong technical depth in modern endpoint management and the ability to translate platform expertise into standardized engineering patterns and operational practices.
• High proficiency in English; Spanish considered an asset.
