Senior Tableau Developer – Banking Analytics

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer with strong experience in banking and financial analytics to support one of our enterprise clients located in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building advanced dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau while working with large financial datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
• Analyze complex banking and financial datasets to provide actionable insights
• Work with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability
• Integrate Tableau with data sources such as SQL databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting and analytics solutions
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau development
• Experience working with banking or financial services analytics
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL concepts
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful visual insights

Work Requirements:

• Must be willing to work onsite at the client location in McLean, VA – 5 days per week
• No OPT/CPT candidates
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: $57.48 - $69.22 per hour
