MERN Stack Developer (Node.js & Backend API Specialist)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on MERN Stack Developer with strong backend & API development expertise. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning backend architecture, building scalable APIs, integrating databases, and collaborating closely with frontend and product teams.

You’ll work on real-world production systems, not just CRUD apps.

Key Responsibilities: Backend & API Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js & Express.js
• Build secure authentication & authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, role-based access)
• Handle high-performance backend logic, async flows, and error handling
• Optimize APIs for speed, scalability, and security

Database & Architecture

• Design schemas and manage MongoDB (indexes, aggregations, performance tuning)
• Work with relational DBs (MySQL/PostgreSQL) when required
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable backend code
• Implement caching (Redis preferred)

Frontend (MERN)

• Develop responsive UI using React.js
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs
• State management using Redux / Context API

DevOps & Best Practices

• Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy applications on AWS / Azure / GCP
• Write unit & integration tests
• Follow coding standards, security best practices, and documentation

• API testing using Postman / Swagger

• Experience with large-scale or high-traffic applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
