Then, you’ll mobilize crews and equipment across sites, checking on progress and ensuring that field tasks align with planting plans, E&amp;S guidelines, or invasive species standards.</span></p> <p data-start="1604" data-end="1856"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You’ll monitor quality and safety, identify hazards, and complete safety reports, inspections, and ERP contributions. You may jump in to operate equipment, perform QA/QC on subcontractors, or train techs on equipment maintenance and herbicide handling.</span></p> <p data-start="1858" data-end="2155"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Throughout the day, you’ll communicate with Restoration Managers and Operations Managers on project timelines, staffing needs, and schedules.
