Senior/Lead Software Engineer (.Net) (Immediate Joiner)

Job Description

We are seeking a .NET developer to strengthen our technical team. The ideal candidate will have more than 8+ years of experience in a software development role using Agile Methodology. Start-up experience is highly valued. We believe in being hands-on with a mindset of continuous improvement and the ability to drive ahead with curiosity and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade backend services using .NET Core, C#, and Azure Functions.
• Implement scalable APIs and workflows, leveraging Azure Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Logic Apps.
• Drive the integration of third-party systems, ensuring adherence to security best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers (Angular) to deliver complete, performant, and maintainable features.
• Apply strong OOP design principles, design patterns, and best practices in system architecture and implementation.
• Perform code reviews and use static code analysis tools to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Participate in infrastructure-as-code practices and work closely with DevOps to support CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
• Contribute to performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of distributed systems in production.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on .NET (C#) and Azure.
• Proven experience with Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Blob/Table Storage, Key Vault, and Logic Apps.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code principles, and modular design.
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and Dapper.
• Hands-on knowledge of API integrations, handling auth flows (OAuth, API keys), and securing communication between services.
• Comfortable with code reviews, architectural decisions, and mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
