Job Description
We are currently looking for a Support and Enhancement role with the following key requirements:
- Experience providing L2/L3 support for production APIs within an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience in handling P1/P2 incidents during the shift.
- Hands-on experience working on API enhancements while being part of a support team.
- Familiarity with using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD) to deploy enhancements.
Skills / Tech Skills / Tools:
- C#, .Net, SQL
- Visual Studio, SSMS
- Python, Robot Framework (Good to have)
- VSCode
- GitLab
- GitLab CI/CD
- GitLab Runners
Day-to-Day Operations:
- API availability & uptime
- Latency and error monitoring
- Incident & service request resolution
- API restarts and recovery
- Consumer impact analysis
- Business/L1 communication for API issues
