Job Description

As an experienced professional with excellent customer support and strong communication skills, preferably from IT services or software product-based companies, you will be joining a team supporting training operations across APAC, EMEA & Americas in Noida (Sector 25A). Immediate to 15 Days Joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, trainers, and global stakeholders
  • Handle queries related to training, payments, and contracts
  • Maintain training data, track utilization & support reporting
  • Coordinate end-to-end training delivery
  • Manage registrations, scheduling, cancellations & logistics

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in B2B / Enterprise support
  • Excellent customer support & communication skills
  • Experience with ticketing tools / CRM systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Background in training coordination or event logistics is a plus
  • LMS knowledge (good to have, not mandatory)

Shift Timings: APAC / EMEA / North America
