Job Description
Primary Function
We are seeking a hands-on Sales Enablement Marketing Specialist to support marketing operations, digital campaigns, and CRM optimization during a temporary coverage period. This role will focus heavily on HubSpot administration, campaign execution, website updates, marketing automation, and sales enablement support.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot activities including email campaigns, workflows, forms, landing pages, contact segmentation, and reporting dashboards.
- Build and maintain website pages and digital content within HubSpot CMS.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns supporting lead generation and business development initiatives.
- Support Google Ads campaign management and performance tracking.
- Create and update sales enablement materials, presentations, and marketing collateral using Canva and branded templates.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and support reporting on campaign and pipeline performance.
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to support ongoing marketing and business development initiatives.
- Assist with marketing support for webinars, events, and proposal/RFP efforts as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting B2B sales and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, SEO, and Google Analytics
- HubSpot certifications are a plus
- Experience supporting proposal/RFP content and sales presentations preferred
Education & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, or digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including: Email marketing, Workflow automation, Landing pages and CMS updates, CRM management, Reporting and analytics
- Experience managing website content within HubSpot CMS or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Google Ads, marketing automation, and lead generation best practices
- Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
