Job Description
We are hiring Despatch Supervisors for our paints warehouse operations. Candidates with experience as well as freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily despatch activities in the warehouse
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading of materials
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for timely delivery
- Maintain dispatch records and update in system (Oracle preferred)
- Handle stock verification and minimize errors/damages
- Manage warehouse staff (pickers, helpers) efficiently
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse/despatch operations (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
