Job Description
As a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst, your role includes developing and designing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. You will be responsible for extracting, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources using SQL or MySQL. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights is also a key responsibility. Additionally, you will apply AI/ML concepts (basic to intermediate) to support advanced analytics use cases, optimize queries and data models for high performance and accuracy, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
- 13 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Strong knowledge of SQL / MySQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Basic understanding of AI/ML techniques (preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
