Job Description

  • *Role & responsibilities**
  • *IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Executive:**

Provide technical helpdesk support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues. Manage and resolve user queries related to Active Directory (user accounts, password resets), email configuration, and ITSM tools. Log, track, and update incidents in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation.

  • *Preferred candidate profile**

Work closely with end users to deliver effective solutions while maintaining high service standards. Possess strong troubleshooting skills along with good interpersonal and communication abilities. Comfortable working in a 24x7 workplace with rotational shifts to support business operations.
