Position: Residential Claims Field Adjuster Opportunity

As a key member of the Claims Services team, you'll report directly to the Team Leader, working on residential claims and ensuring thorough damage assessments. Your responsibilities will include negotiating with contractors and providing excellent client service, all while adhering to operational standards. You'll also help control expenses on settlements and assist team members during busy times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and settle residential claim files according to standards
• Conduct detailed inspections and assess damages
• Negotiate repair estimates with contractors
• Provide client service and facilitate claim settlements
• Support colleagues during high-demand periods

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a field adjuster
• Strong understanding of home insurance and claims
• Proficient in Xactimate Estimating software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proven organizational and time management skills
